Before you write

A lot of questions are already answered, and you will get your answer faster:

Making a complaint

If something has gone wrong, tell us and we will try to put it right. Write to us at the address above, or email us marking your message "Complaint", and we will acknowledge it promptly and keep you updated.

If your complaint is about a credit agreement, raise it with the lender first. If you are unhappy with their final response, you can refer it free of charge to the Financial Ombudsman Service, normally within six months of that response.

Credit subject to status and affordability checks. 18+, UK residents only. Terms apply. Indoor Living Ltd is a credit introducer, not a lender.
